Chilli Jam Vans is recruiting for a full time senior camper conversion fitter position in sunny West Cornwall.

We are a bespoke campervan conversion specialist based in Hayle, west Cornwall. We pride ourselves on high quality, tailor made campervans that are individually built to meet our customers’ requirements.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of three years of experience building campervan conversions.

The successful candidate will be a multitasker who is capable of taking on all aspects of building a camper from electrics to gas, putting together and fitting kitchens, fitting pop top roofs and installing bedseats.

The role will entail electrics (must), carpeting, gas installations, pop top fittings, and carpentry tasks. Experience of suspension fitting is a big plus.

You like to work as a part of a small team but also enjoy working on your own. You can think on your feet, have a good eye for detail, have great problem solving skills, are flexible and friendly providing our customers excellent knowledge and service.
