Ply lining service for both SWB or LWB Transporters using excellent quality ply. Carpet lining service, a huge choice of top quality lining materials in different colours. We also fully insulate your van including the cab and the floor, which many conversions companies don’t offer. For the floor we have a huge choice of materials from Altro to Amtico.

Just Carpet
The rear section of the van including the spine and closing panels are carpeted resulting in aesthetically pleasing look . £695+VAT
Basic Carpet Lining
The rear section of the van is insulated in sustainable 50mm insulation quilt and then the spine and closing panels carpeted resulting in quieter and comfortable ride. £895+VAT
Standard Lining
A comprehensive insulation package resulting even warmer and quieter van. We use quality 50mm fleece and 6mm Thermoliner insulation, and 4-way stretch carpet is applied to the rear section and the roof of the van. All of our glues and lining materials are extremely good quality and no moisture holding materials are used. £1395+VAT
Full Monty with Alcantara
This package is based on the standard package, however, it also includes the cab roof, cab door cards and rear floor. The rear door shut lines (sliding side door and rear tailgate or barn doors) are also carpeted to give a complete coverage look. For the closing panels you can choose even higher grade fabrics such as suede or alcantara. Wheel arches are silent coated for extra sound deadening. This is one of the very best lining packages you’ll see out there. From £1795+VAT
Silent coat damping mat can be applied to either of the three packages to dampen road noise and increase speaker performance for example. The method uses mass loading to lower panel resonance and absorb structural vibrations, converting them into low level heat / thermal energy. From £495+VAT
