FREEDOM to enjoy life outside the home was one of the driving forces to have their Volkswagen Transporter T5 converted into a stunning ‘waterfall’ themed campervan by Chilli Jam Vans
Initially Sarah and Steve from Penzance were going to have a full kitchen and RIB bedseat fitted to enjoy the outdoors but then made the call to also have a SCA 194 high pop up roof to get that all important extra space.
“We love our beautiful van and the conversion, and we are delighted with the way it feels; it’s so nice to be able to jump in and go wherever we like,” the couple said.
“Our van feels like an extention of our home with the freedom to go to different places and to enjoy an ever changing view. With so many choices to make prior to the conversation we are delighted with our choices and appreciate the expert advice and guidance during the decision making process. The end result really feels like “us” really love the colours that we have in the van. Very happy with Chilli Jam Vans and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a van conversion.”
Sarah and Steve’s van was fitted with Evo 1300 B full length kitchen in denim blue and cream worktop with silver trim. Appliances included the fabulous CAN Foldy sink burner and Webasto Cruise Elegance 49 fridge freezer.
For the floor Sarah and Steve chose ‘Waterfall” Altro flooring.
The conversion also included Webasto STC 2000 diesel heater, RIB 129cm (three person) bedseat in place trim, full electrics package with 240v hook-up and solid charge system.
