Chilli Jam Vans has fitted yet another set of new adjustable suspension springs for a customer from Devon.
Rob Baker first took a three hour round trip from Plymouth to Goldsithney in west Cornwall to see for himself how the Comfort two set fitted on Chilli Jam Vans’ own demo transporter handled and looked.
It didn’t take a lot to convince Mr Baker that the product was right for his van and his needs.
He said: “I am very particular with my van and wanted the right look and stance but more importantly the most comfortable ride available. Quite simply these springs have exceeded my expectations and I am over the moon with them and the service provided by your company.”
Eibach Germany has designed and developed an adjustable sport spring which is available in three different variations depending on the van’s axle weights and the lowering drop required.
The product carries the TÜV certified rating designed and tested to work with original VW standard dampeners.
The rear springs come with an adjustable threaded cup which enables the user to define the desired rear ride height. For the front there are three options to choose from; Comfort 1, Comfort 2 and Max Low.
These two aspects together take out the guess work of how the van will sit without affecting the load rating of the vehicle. Effectively, whether you have a full camper conversion or just carry a mountain bike in the rear, you can get the look you desire.
